AAA Broadband Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Acceptance
By subscribing to AAA Broadband services or using our website, mobile application, and digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our high-speed fiber internet, digital television (DTH), and OTT streaming services provided by AAA Internet Services Pvt Ltd.
2. Service Descriptions

3. Eligibility and Registration
Customers must be 18 years or older and provide valid identification documents during registration. Service availability is subject to technical feasibility and infrastructure coverage in your area. AAA Broadband reserves the right to verify customer information and reject applications that do not meet our service criteria.
4. Service Plans and Pricing
4.1 Plan Selection
Starter Pack: ₹599/month – 30Mbps + 350 TV channels + OTT access
Family Pack: ₹799/month – 40Mbps + 350 TV channels + OTT access
Ultra Pack: ₹899/month – 100Mbps + 350 TV channels + OTT access
Turbo Pack: ₹999/month – 150Mbps + 350 TV channels + OTT access
Long-term packages available with 6+1 and 12+2 month benefits
4.2 Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and government levies
Monthly plans are billed in advance with due dates specified on invoices
Late payment charges may apply for overdue accounts
Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5. Installation and Service Activation
Professional installation will be scheduled within 48-72 hours of order confirmation, subject to technical feasibility. Installation includes fiber cable routing, equipment setup, network configuration, and service testing. Customers must provide safe access to premises and ensure power connectivity for equipment operation.
6. Equipment and Hardware
6.1 Provided Equipment
AAA Broadband provides necessary equipment, including ONT (Optical Network Terminal), routers, and DTH receivers under a rental/lease model. Equipment remains the property of AAA Broadband and must be returned upon service termination.
6.2 Equipment Care and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for equipment safety, proper usage, and reporting any damage or malfunction immediately. Replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment will be charged to the customer account.
7. Service Level Commitments
We strive to maintain 99.5% network uptime and provide consistent service quality. Planned maintenance activities will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be applicable for extended outages exceeding 24 hours, subject to verification and terms.
8. Fair Usage and Acceptable Use Policy
While we offer unlimited data plans, services must be used for legitimate residential or business purposes. Prohibited activities include:
Illegal downloading or distribution of copyrighted content
Running commercial servers or hosting services
Network abuse, hacking, or security violations
Reselling or redistributing services without authorization
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate account information and notify us of changes
Ensure timely payment of bills and charges
Maintain equipment in good condition and report issues promptly
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Use services responsibly without impacting network performance for other users
10. Service Modifications and Upgrades
AAA Broadband reserves the right to modify service features, upgrade infrastructure, and implement technology improvements. Plan upgrades can be requested through customer service channels with immediate effect, while downgrades are processed at the next billing cycle.
11. Termination and Cancellation
11.1 Customer-Initiated Termination
Customers may terminate services by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination of annual plans may incur cancellation charges. Equipment must be returned within 7 days of service disconnection.
11.2 Company-Initiated Termination
AAA Broadband may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or misuse of services. Notice will be provided except in cases of immediate security threats or legal requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
AAA Broadband’s liability is limited to the monthly service charge for the affected period. We are not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions or equipment failure.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal information and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
14. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to AAA Broadband services remain our exclusive property. OTT content is subject to third-party licensing terms and conditions.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If resolution is not achieved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shimoga, Karnataka. Customers may also approach consumer forums as per applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Force Majeure
AAA Broadband is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
17. Amendments and Updates
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect service changes, regulatory requirements, or operational improvements. Customers will be notified of significant changes through website updates, email, or direct communication.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and binding.
